Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. Custom or large orders may take additional time. You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): Calculated at checkout.

  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): Available at an additional cost.

  • We currently ship within the United States. For international orders, please contact us directly.

Shipping Carriers

We use trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on location and package size.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will gladly work with you to resolve the issue.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
